In the kitchen, dishes that can go beyond the plate are gaining importance.

In Italy, pizza has long transcended the boundaries of food.
 

Pierogi have a special meaning in Poland *.
They are an everyday food, a home ritual and a carrier of regional stories passed down from generation to generation.
 

Working at Pizza taught us how local food is gaining a global dimension - and why we believe the same path is opening up for Pierogi today.

Poland is at an important moment in its culinary history.

Pierogi, wines, and regional products from Poland are increasingly appearing in the global food conversation, attracting attention for their quality, simplicity, and roots.

That's why we're creating a guide that organizes places, products, and stories, showing where quality meets tradition.

As part of the Polish Pierogi Organization PIEROGI.ORG ® , in cooperation with restaurants, wineries and regional producers, the following are created:

  • universal Pierogi guide

  • map of Polish wineries

  • list of recommended traditional products

We collect recipes and stories from all over Poland because they build Poland's culinary identity and showcase its diversity.

Pizza has conquered the world thanks to its consistency and clear message.

Today, Pierogi are a recognizable symbol of Polish cuisine.
More and more people are looking for places that show them at their best.

Polish cuisine today has everything it needs to be told about and shared with pride - by the people, places and flavors that create its true strength.
